The boys’ track team competed on Thursday, May 1st at Westlake HS. Danny Alves was a quadruple winner. He won the 100m, 200m, HJ, and was part of the winning 400m relay team. Ray Estrella placed 2nd in the 100m and 200m. He also had a personal best in the triple jump. Will McCabe placed 2nd in the 1600m and broke the 5 minute barrier in 4:57.1. It was also a personal best for Will. Throwers Nick Carrero and Chris Cellante placed 2nd and 3rd in the shot put respectively. Nick also placed 2nd in the discus. Ronnie Bertrand and Dondrey Sharrock placed 2nd and 3rd in the high jump respectively. Our next meet is on Saturday, May 3rd at Somers High School.
