On Wednesday, September 29th, the boys’ and girls’ cross country team competed against Briarcliff, Pleasantville and Croton. Sophomore sensation, David Maldonado placed 3rd overall in a record breaking time of 18:39. Wednesday, September 29th the lady Horsemen defeated Westlake in double overtime. Two minutes in to the second overtime, Jamie Bucci received a great pass from fellow co-captain Annelise Birrittell, allowing her to score the game’s only goal. Sleepy Hollow’s next game is Friday October 1st away against Pleasantville at 4:30.
