First, you pour water as high as your finger tip into the cup!
Then, you put a drop of interior paint (any color) into the cup and mix it with a popsicle stick for 35 seconds.
Next, you put a squirt of soap into the cup!
Last, you mix it for 55 seconds, then you have goo!
