My name is Aaron Wolf and I don’t think you know this, but that Little Red Riding Hood book is FAKE! This is the real story of Little Red Riding Hood.

Once upon a time there was a friendly girl. She was making her granny a cake but she needed half a cup of sugar. So she went in the woods to go to her grandma’s house. “Grandma, what big teeth you have!” said Little Red Riding Hood. “Grandma, what a big nose you have!” said Little Red Riding Hood. “Thank you,” said granny in a deep voice.

Granny started to get out of bed and headed towards the bathroom. But Little Red Riding Hood noticed her long claws on her feet and called for help. The police showed up and arrested the Wolf for breaking into Grandma’s house. And Little Red Riding Hood lived happily ever after.

As good writers, we used sensory language, strong juicy “wow” words, and visualization. Since part of being a good poet is being able to read poems with expression, we’ve included Podcasts so you can hear each student read aloud his/her poem. We hope you enjoy exploring our class blog and listening to our poetry!
