In the mirror…

I see my fingers like worms.

I see my eyes like jelly beans.

I see my lips like squiggly lines.

I see my hair like orange and red fire.

I feel excited because I lost my third tooth.

In the mirror.

Dear Ben O.,
Love your poem! Especially the metaphor of your orange, fiery, hair! How is your third loose tooth doing?

Love,
Rebecca (Leah’s Mom)
