My dad’s coming home soon!- Amanda

He gave me some good and some bad news
but he was saddened when he spoke,
he said I’m going to be gone awile
but I’ll come back soon.
The next morning around five
I heard some noise, it was him getting ready,
that’s when I remembered he had to go.
He gave me a kiss good bye
then he was on his way.
