Nature Comes, Nature Goes
I love nature and all its breeze.
Especially when I’m on my knees.
I smell the Hudson River,
Then it makes me shiver.
But finally I see the bees.

As I lay in the grass the smell of pollen goes into my nose.
The taste of flowers glued in my mind.
It hurts to say
That this day is made
To break what was left.

Many actors have played me
I was just books at first
My movies are from the 60’s - now
I have gadgets
I have nice cars
I save lives
Who am I?

I am big even at birth
Some say I used to roam the earth
I am very long
I am very strong
I have razor sharp teeth
I tend to eat meat a lot more than vegetables
I have a long tail
I am very fast
I live where humans don’t go
I am fierce
I no longer exist  

I dream of my mom falling down the stairs,
I dream of hearing Michael Jackson songs
and seeing his nasty face,
I dream of having no friends
and being alone,
I dream of going to the doctors and
taking blood out of me,
I dream of bad people trying to kill me.
I dream of so many
things that I don’t know what’s coming next
Sad, happy or scary;
Who knows what I’m going to dream next.

I can be big or small
I can be heavy or light
I can be aluminum
I can be wood
I am hard
I can break
I can break other things
If you get hit by me it really hurts
What am I ?

a river is a home
for big and small animals
A river  isn’t just a river
a river is a place
where campers love to hang out
 and view outer space
