I have noticed a few things that are the same in Jerry Spinelli. One of those things are that are the same are in both Crash and Loser there are both kids who don’t fit in. I Crash Penn is described as a nerd who is all happy and perky. In Loser Zinkoff is a person who is not noticed, but when you keep reading he gets noticed. People notice he is clumbsey and a Loser. For example is Crash Penn Webb tries out for cheer leading. In Loser Zinkoff always was throw up also he laughed at almost anything. Jerry Spinelli connects almost all the books he publishes.

I have found a lot of similarities between Stargirl and Maniac Magee. One of the similarities of Stargirl and Maniac are how both of them don’t understand why people do thing that are either racist or not polite, because in Stargirl no one wants Stargirl to cheer for the other team and doesn’t understand why she can’t be nice and cheer for both teams. And in Maniac Magee there is a town that is split by race and Maniac comes to this town and doesn’t she the people for black or white but for whats inside.

I have a connection to the book Crash by… When I was younger I did not like this girl ( saying no names) but, I did not bully her at all. In the end of the year I became friends with her!!!!!!
