There will be a very important meeting of National Honor Society on Tuesday, 3/11 at 3:10 pm in Room 25W. All members must attend.

Come out and support your senior artists at the Katonah Museum of Art!

Exhibiting seniors are:
Mary Rosenburg, BJ Lillis, Danielle Farelli, Bitna Kim, Adrienne Merheb, Majella Loughran and Christine Dunwoody. For directions see Ms. Dreher. Show will be up until March 16.

Seniors are encouraged to visit the guidance office to find out about scholarship opportunities that have been posted on the bulletin board. If you are not sure you qualify for a specific award stop in to see a counselor. We will be adding scholarships as they come in. Don’t miss out

Announcements for Wednesday, Day 4

Attention seniors: College Visit
Come and explore the various opportunities that are available to students at Westchester Community college. Please return the permission slip to your Counselor.

Thank you – All members of the African-American Heritage Club who will be attending the performance at SUNY Purchase on March 14th are reminded that your money is due on Wednesday. Please see Dr. Burton in the High School guidance area.
The club will meet on Thursday at 3:05 in Room 26 West. Permission slips will be distributed at that time.

Attention skiers to Vermont:
Many of you have not turned in an emergency medical form and permission slip. You will not be allowed on the bus without those forms!! Get them in ASAP! See Ms. Noll also renters still owe $57 – please get that to Ms. Noll ASAP. Thanks.

The Asian Culture Appreciation Club will meet on Thursday, 3/6, at 3:10 pm in room 308W. All members must attend. Anyone interested in joining or just checking us out is welcome to come as well. See you Thursday.

Junior dinner tickets are now on sale for $55. We have not filled our quota and if we do not sell 50 more tickets by Tuesday, March 11th, junior dinner will have to be cancelled. Please see class officers – Devan, Genevieve, John Paul or Max ASAP to buy your tickets!

The list of students eligible for the Math and Science Honor Society has been compiled and applications have been mailed out.
If you are not sure if you are eligible for the Math and Science Honor Society, please see Mr. Choi or Ms. Walsh or your counselors, ASAP.
We have extended the applications deadline to 3pm next Friday. All applications must be submitted to the Math/Science Office in the new Lower West Wing.

The African-American Heritage Club is sponsoring an Essay Contest. The deadline for submission of entries is March 17. First prize: $75.00 cash; 2nd Prize: $35.00 gift certificate to Appleby’s; 3rd prize: Movie passes for 2 including Popcorn and Beverages. Please see your English teachers or Dr. Burton for flyers with other information including choice of topic. Please see Dr. Burton in the Guidance area if there are any questions.
